  Thompson Nicola Assessment & Resource Service is a non-profit society which provides assistance to people dealing with personal problems for its member organizations.  The member workplaces establish a joint Employee & Family Assistance Program, a benefit program that helps employees get confidential and professional help in times of personal need.  With this program, all employees (active or retired) and their spouses and dependents are covered.
